Teen - DBT-based Skills Group
Enroll now in our 10-week DBT-based (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Skills Group and learn to manage the emotional rollercoaster that is adolescences. This group is ideal for 14 - 17 year olds in VA needing extra coping skill support for big emotions (max 8 participants).

Meet the Facilitator- Julianna Foster, MA
Julianna is Resident in Counseling with Active & Connected Family Therapy who specializes in working with adolescents, college students, and young adults struggling with emotion regulation, anxiety, mood disorders, behavior change, and life transitions. She loves incorporating wellness education into groups to support the connection between body and mind. Julianna’s goal is that you leave the class feeling more confident in regulating your emotions and handling them in more effective ways.
