Who We Help

Young Adults

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or just figuring out what to do with your life, we are here to help. We understand that there is no other stage of life associated with so much change and so many unique challenges. It can also be a time of exciting growth and opportunity, and we hope to help you set yourself up for a life of your choosing.

Current and Incoming UVA Students

We have offices within driving distance at Boar’s Head and Rio Road and an office on Pantops accessible by the Charlottesville busline. For first years and students without cars, we utilize teletherapy (must be located in VA) or walking sessions from the first year dorms when appropriate.

For incoming first-years, we are seeing students via teletherapy with the hopes of meeting you in the fall! This is an especially nice option for families who want to get to know their child’s therapist before moving to Charlottesville.
